This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and helpful staff who assisted with sim cards during my first stay. The breakfast is good. I'm returning for Christmas!

The venue was in a central location just next door to Kew gardens and London and the tube station. It also was right on the flight path for plane arriving at 6 o clock. We booked a fashionable room on the upper floors, everything was perfectly fine.

Would recommend for a getaway
Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, including the Full English option which was scrumptious and served quickly, along with cute staff, made our stay enjoyable, and the convenient location just a 2-minute walk from the nearest Tube station allowed easy access to explore the area.
Don't have any issues at all.

Friendly staff. Good food and drink. Convenient location for Kew Village and Kew Gardens.
Bedrooms were dirty and furniture was poor quality and dilapidated.

The location was great and fab because it was so close to transport and boat trips and taxis and perfect walking distance, lovely bars, restaurants, and shops in the vicinity and Hampton Court and Kew Gardens. I truly enjoyed the room on the upper floors, the bed was very comfy.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The location is very close to the train and to the Kew Gardens.
The general condition of the hotel is tired and in need of a big upgrade. Poor value for money.

Location very close to Kew gardens, Kew Gardens itself. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby.

quirky old building, excellent location for tube access, unique staircase layout
It's time for a makeover!!! The bathrooms are cramped with no storage, and maintenance issues like faulty lights are unacceptable!!!

The hotel is in a perfect location to visit Kew Gardens, it was literally a 2 min walk and a 15 min taxi ride from Heathrow. There was a girl called Kirsty that checked us in and she was so pleasant and welcoming, she always had a smile on her face, she deserves a raise!! We were given a very nice room and it was very comfortable, breakfast was very nice and the bar was lovely to sit in for a few drinks in the evening. I would stay here again most definitely.
There was a fan in the bathroom going non stop we couldnt turn it off the whole time we were there so that was really annoying, also when the pub closed for the night there was some noise on the street but we had earplugs so we were fine. The one major gripe I would have about the place is the restaurant! When we ordered food it was really slow to come out of the kitchen. We ordered food one evening at 6pm and we were 25 mins waiting for our main course to come out and another night we were waiting 15 mins for dessert to come out, it was ridiculous!!! It was hard to tell the difference between the bar and the restaurant as there was no signs and also no uniform on the staff so we didnt know who was serving, it was very confusing.
